No statutory right of withdrawal for businesses

opzz.io is offered exclusively to businesses. The statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) under §§ 312g, 355 BGB applies only to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. As subscriptions are concluded between commercial entities (Unternehmer, § 14 BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for opzz.io business subscriptions.

opzz.io wird ausschließlich Unternehmern angeboten. Das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht (§§ 312g, 355 BGB) gilt nur für Verbraucher im Sinne des § 13 BGB. Da Verträge zwischen Unternehmern (§ 14 BGB) geschlossen werden, besteht für Abonnements von opzz.io kein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht.

Voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee

Independently of the above, we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If opzz.io is not right for your team, request a refund by email only to refund@opzz.io from the email address on your account, within 14 days of that payment. We refund the first payment in full via your original payment method. Refunds are not available through the Stripe billing portal or in-app settings. See the Terms of Service for details.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period; the subscription is not renewed thereafter.
